After School All Stars has been a Valued Partner Since 2016

After School All-Stars (ASAS) has been a valued partner with Mercy Lab Foundation since 2016.  Some of the support from Mercy Lab has helped ASAS enhance the impact of the free, high quality academic and enrichment programs for students in underserved communities across the United States.

The efforts are especially important as ASAS continues to grow in response to the urgent demand for its services.

One of the biggest successes from last year for ASAS was being able to add 272 new sites, resulting in 60% growth from the previous year. ASAS was able to engage with students year round, and served more than 12,000 participants in the summer of 2022.  It was a big increase from 5000 summer participants in the summer of 2018.

Keeping pace with the overwhelming demand for their services has been a big challenge that After School All Stars continues to encounter.

We look forward to continuing to partner with After School All Stars on the good work that they are doing.
