A snack maker out of Boston called Unreal Snacks has THE BEST employee perk—all you can eat chocolate! The snack making team of 70 expensed more than 1,300 pounds of chocolate in the first seven months of the year and are expected to hit nearly 3,000 pounds by year’s end. The employees are allowed to sample chocolate from any brand and not just limited to Unreal’s own products.
Unreal Snacks specializes in chocolate snacks that have less sugar, no artificial ingredients, and no artificial additives.
The CEO, Kevin McCarthy, says that it’s important for the employees to understand the products and added, “Understanding what other brands are on the shelves isn’t just any one person’s job. It’s our whole team’s job.”
The Unreal candies are also gluten free and free of artificial dyes.
