Mullet Contest at the PA Farm Show is a Big Hit!

The 2026 Pennsylvania Farm Show’s Mullet Contest, held on Monday, January 12, proved to be the “mane” attraction of the week, drawing roughly 150 competitors and over a thousand spectators to the Main Hall Stage.

This was the third year for the Mullet Contest and the contestants did not disappoint.

The “mullet” hairstyle is considered, “business in the front, party in the back” and the contestants’ ages were from toddlers to adults.

The big winner this year was a 10 year old named Drew Feschut from Dallas, PA.  He swept the competition with a pitch-perfect tribute to the cult-classic film Joe Dirt.  He won a unique trophy, which was the rear bumper of a Corvette.

There were also some “skullets,” which are mullets on balding men. Overall, this event was a big hit and surely inspired some others to start growing their hair for next year’s competition.
