Created in 2015 by David D. Smith, PhD, Mercy Lab Foundation has maintained its emphasis to provide funding and data analysis to small non-profits, helping them leverage their resources to reach their full potential. A trained statistician, Dr. Smith has a long tenure of working in higher level mathematics, delivering concrete solutions to complex problems. As President of Mercy Lab, Dr. Smith’s vision to create a foundation dedicated to providing charitable support and trusted data analysis to small non-profits throughout the country has enabled organizations to build their programs to create a larger impact in their local and global communities.
Mercy Lab Foundation is able to accomplish its mission by partnering with a large network of philanthropic and social research experts who provide additional advice and guidance. Together, the Mercy Lab board and trusted advisors have the capabilities to share valuable resources, advice, and enrichment to grantees.
